Alfie, a friendly fella

Kate and Phil dropped us a note to tell us how they're getting on with Alfie, a ginger and white boy adopted from Chestnut Cat Sanctuary a few weeks earlier.

We adopted Alfie on March 9th 2008 and we thought you would like to hear how he is getting on.


Alfie is a lovely cat who is a lot of fun and very affectionate, he settled in really well from the moment he arrived. Our neighbours are also very fond of Alfie and he makes regular visits to see the children next door who play tea parties with him and brush him with a dust pan brush.

He has also made a cat friend called Smudge and they are often seen hanging out together.


We were slightly worried about Alfie with our rabbit Frodo, however there was no need as Alfie seems to be more cautious of Frodo!
