Crazy 40k sponsored walk!

They made it!

A huge "thankyou" and congratulations go to Jo Turner, Lesley Owen and friends who managed to complete a 40km (25 mile) walk to raise money for Chestnut Cat Sanctuary!

Jo and Lesley do stirling work for us here at the Sanctuary, and on 9th May they took part in a sponsored walk on the South Downs in West Sussex.

Get involved in Just Walk!
Just Walk is an organisation that arranges outdoor events that raise money for all kinds of good causes. There are plenty of other events planned, including the next 40km walk - on Saturday May 15th, 2010.
