Special Cat Appeal

Could you give a loving home to two gorgeous, mischevious, partially sighted kittens?

These 12 week old kittens are partially sighted, and need a loving new home!Meet Milly and Mickey! They're gorgeous little kittens up for adoption together, and they're a little bit special.

Why? Read on...

Hello! We are very playful and (though we say so ourselves) very cute black kittens. But we've got bad eyes, see, which means we need to find a new owner who'll take care of us and make sure we have lots of (safe) fun!

Our problems in life started before we were born. Our mum was rescued from an industrial site when she was pregnant. She had been living rough and surviving on what she could find to eat, which probably wasn't very beneficial to us poor kittens.

Mickey takes it easy in his basket. When our mum gave birth she had 9 of us in the litter.

Unfortunately, three of us were much weaker than the others. There was me, Milly, and my brother Mickey, and we developed ulceration of the eyes. We have had various tests but the cat doctors couldn't find a cause for this problem.

There was also our sister, Mitzy, but she died recently and we both still miss her.

We have been fostered for quite a long time in a loving home, while being treated with various eye treatments to minimise the scarring and loss of vision to our eyes.

Now we have reached the stage where our eyes won't improve any further, and we need to find a home of our own with someone who is able to offer us long term love, safety and security.

We look so alike because we're brother and sister - but we have our own personalities and we are extremely loveable, mischievous and very affectionate. Mickey, he's a bit more confident 'cos his eyes aren't so bad. As for me, Milly, I find it a bit harder to see but I more than make up for it with my sniffy nose and by talking all the time. As you can tell!

Milly is the smallest but is very curious! We have been together since birth, and we are looking for a committed, loving mum/dad or both who will adopt us and protect us from the dangers that life holds for us, with our limited sight.

Milly and Mickey are about 16 weeks old and absolutely adorable! Because of their sight problems they should be indoor/flat cats only.

If you could give them a loving, safe home, please contact us or come in and meet them face to face!
